Refund Policy

Overview
At KickOps, we strive to provide the highest quality DevOps solutions and services. This policy outlines our refund terms for our different service tiers.
Important Note:
Due to the digital nature of our products, no refunds are available for boilerplates or digital assets once they have been delivered. When you purchase and receive access to our DevOps boilerplates, infrastructure templates, or other digital materials, these can be easily copied, and therefore cannot be "returned."
Explorer Tier (Consultation)
For the Explorer tier ($175), which includes a 60-minute consultation:
- Pre-consultation: Full refund available if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation time.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation one time at no additional cost if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Simply email us with your preferred new time slots.
- No-show refund: No refund is provided if you miss your scheduled consultation without prior notice.
- Post-consultation: Due to the nature of consultation services, we do not offer refunds after the consultation has taken place, as you have received the full benefit of our expert's time and knowledge.
Builder Tier & Perfectionist Tier
For the Builder tier ($7,800) and Perfectionist tier ($10,000):
- Pre-delivery: Full refund available if you cancel before any digital materials or boilerplates have been delivered to you.
- Post-delivery of digital materials: No refunds are available once you have received access to any boilerplates, templates, or digital materials, as these can be easily copied.
- Service components: For unused service components (such as setup assistance, training sessions, or expert hours that have been scheduled but not yet provided), we may consider partial refunds at our discretion.
Perfectionist Tier Expert Hours
For the Perfectionist tier ($10,000), regarding the 20-hour DevOps expert bank:
- Scheduled but unused expert hours: If you have scheduled but not yet used your expert consultation hours, we may provide credit for future sessions but no cash refunds.
- Expert hour validity: Your 20-hour expert bank must be used within 2 months of purchase. Unused hours expire after this period and are not eligible for refunds.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for eligible services only, please email us at hello@meteorops.com with the following information:
- Your order number or confirmation ID
- The reason for your refund request
- Any relevant documentation or information to support your request
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our discretion, especially in cases of:
- Technical issues on our end that prevent delivery of services
- Material misrepresentation of the capabilities of our products (subject to verification)
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Refund Policy.
